About the event
I was 37 before I realized the magnitude of how my upbringing had groomed me for toxic (non)romantic relationships with (covert) narsisstics, abusers and users. Breaking the cycle of harm within myself was brutal and you don’t have to do it alone. Come be held and seen in your healing process, come and create a new practice if you don’t have one yet.
